Brief Biography:

Dr. Narendra Dhakad is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of AI Processor Design, Technical University of Munich (TUM), Germany. He received his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India in 2024, Master of Technology (M.Tech.) from Shri G. S. Institute of Technology and Science, Indore, in 2017 and Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Indira Gandhi Government Engineering College, Sagar, in 2015. 

He was an Assistant Professor at Shri G. S. Institute of Technology and Science, Indore, India, from June 2018 to November 2019. He worked as a Lecturer at Indira Gandhi Government Engineering College, Sagar, from July 2017 to May 2018.

He has received the prestigious India’s Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) Overseas Visiting Doctoral Fellowship (OVDF) 2022 at Purdue University, USA. He also received the Ministry of Education (MoE), Govt. of India Fellowship during Ph.D. and M.Tech. He was the Founding Co-Chair of the IEEE Circuits And Systems Society (CASS) Madhya Pradesh Section, Founding Chair of the IEEE Circuits And Systems Society (CASS) Student Chapter and Founding Head of Outreach Activity and Webmaster of the IEEE Nanotechnology Council (NTC) Student Chapter at IIT Indore. He serves as a reviewer for several top-tier journals, including IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers, IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration Systems, Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing (CSSP), Springer and Scientific Reports, Springer Nature.

Narendra's hometown is Shivpuri. Shivpuri is a city and a municipality in Shivpuri district located in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is in the Gwalior Division of northwest Madhya Pradesh. The city is known for its greenery and forests and as the former summer capital of the Scindia family.
