Thesis Title: SRAM Based In-Memory Computing Architectures for AI Hardware
Thesis Supervisor: Prof. Santosh Kumar Vishvakarma
Brief about Thesis: My PhD thesis was focused on the complete framework of in-memory computing. I have explored circuit, architecture, and algorithm-level optimization to improve the AI hardware's latency, throughput, and area efficiency. The thesis includes SRAM architecture for content addressable memory and binary neural networks. CNN model has been modified for hierarchical classification and adaptability on new classes. We also proposed multi-port memory architecture using single port 6T SRAM memory.

Thesis Title: Design of Low Phase Noise and Wide Tuning Range Voltage Controlled Oscillator Based on Injection Locking
Thesis Supervisor: Dr. R. C. Gurjar
Brief about Thesis: This thesis proposed the designs and comparative analysis of two architectures of Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO). The design is implemented using SCL 180nm design process. VCO architectures have been studied in terms of their performance characteristics i.e. phase noise, tuning range, voltage swing and power dissipation. This thesis concerns the designs of VCO using the injection locking technique. Injection locking, the synchronization in frequency and phase of a free-running oscillator with a source is a mechanism that has been observed and studied since the early days of radio. In this work, we use injection locking for ring oscillators and LC oscillators.

Project: DTMF Based Traffic Light Control System
Project Supervisor: Mr. M. R. Ahirwar
Brief about Project: The project included VHDL coding to control the traffic light. The aim of the project was to reduce the wait time when there is no traffic on a particular direction and also control the traffic from operator's room through mobile phone.
